7th Circulation

In this occasion, we would like to inform you of several important updates

  • The committee has decided that the deadline for payment; including the proceeding fee, will be closed at the 15th of August 2015
  • Tentative schedule on the conference event will be announced around next week on our website teflinbali.unud.ac.id
  • Participants who have registered for accommodation of 3 days 2 nights must check in on the 14th of September 2015
  • Participants who have registered for accommodation of 4 days 3 nights must check in on the 13th of September 2015
  • All registered participants as mentioned above must check out on the 16th of Spetember 2015
  • Any changes on the check-in date and/or any extension on check-out date, please contact the hotel management directly, whose contact number may be found on the website sanurparadise.com

Full paper Circulation

Dear Bapak / Ibu,

 

We have discussed full paper matters and reached a conclusion to revise previous circulation announcement. We would like to inform you that:

  1. Full paper submission limitation is revised from 5 up to 10 pages long. Any full paper with more than 10 pages will be informed.
  2. Due to recent holidays and other events related, we are extending the deadline for full paper submission up to 27th of July 2015. Do noticed that this is the limit of our deadline extension, since the work of proceeding, program book, and schedule management would take some time.
  3. We would like to remind you to confirm your participation by filling the registration form through our google form http://goo.gl/forms/RokxdSqA7H

4th Circular Notification

Dear Bapak/Ibu,

Following the result of committee meeting regarding the deadline, after considering sudden change on the date and various difficulties encountered by the participants, we would like to inform several notification update:

  • Full paper submission deadline is extended up to 30th of June 2015. We would require your notification on whether you will include proceeding in the registration fee up to this date, in order to carefully organize publication matters.
  • Registration fee deadline is extended up to its original date at 1st of August 2015. Do noticed that registration is based upon person joining counted (not on paper number submitted).
  • Once again, we would like to remind you to send your full paper directly and only to teflinunudbali@gmail.com (email created only for full paper database). Please do not send it to teflinbali@gmail.com as this email is intended for technical matters of the conference.
  • Once more, this link http://goo.gl/forms/RokxdSqA7H directs you to the ONLINE registration form that we created using Google Form. Please click on the link and fill/answer the questions in the registration form ONLINE. Then, click on the “Submit” blue button at the end/bottom of the registration form after you finished.

Please click on the link below and fill/answer the questions in the registration form ONLINE. Then, click on the “Submit” blue button at the end/bottom of the registration form after you finished.

Acceptance Notification Email

We have progressively sent notification email to authors regarding the acceptance/rejection of their abstract proposal, starting from April 17th, 2015. Due to the large number of emails we have to send, we once again request your patience and understanding.

Please kindly keep an eye on your inbox as well as your SPAM box as our email (i.e. gmail) could be considered as spam by your email provider.

IF AND ONLY IF revision of your abstract is required by the reviewer through his/her comments, there would be notification in your OCS account that you should proceed accordingly. Else, if you did not receive any notification for revision, etc. in your OCS account, you should consider that you simply need to wait for the final “accepted/rejected” decision on your abstract proposal that you will receive through EMAIL.

Reviewing Stage for Submitted Abstracts

The committee have begun the reviewing process for the submitted abstracts since April 16 th, 2015 and will release the acceptance announcement progressively. Herewith we would like to ask for your patience and understanding, which we highly appreciate.
